The Lite User is normally a Business Analyst or IT person that does all of the reporting and/or data access for a small company.

Primarily a single user system with no Viewer Users other than themselves. They may or may not know the relational database model but probably know the business data model quite well.

They may be a power user and know how to write some SQL Queries, although it's not a requirement.

Sometimes considered the "Go To" person when reports are needed to help run the business. They determine which data fields are relevant for each business case.

Lite Users have a Professional User license with limitations. Limits are determined by company size (how many unlicensed users will be directly benefiting from DSF technology).

Limits include:

    Single database discovery

Number of allowable Published Views (Approx. 1 per employee)

    Number of managed business objects

    Cannot create User Defined Formulas

Cannot utilize Data Teams to organize company data only user favorites

It's required that this user receive training from Data Selections on how to use the system.

This user is the Administrator of the system. Heavily involved during any implementation process or data discovery.
