View Options can be access by clicking the expand button
on the Views section of the main menu on the Home tab:
Displays a window on the main dashboard under the preview grid with the generated SQL Query.

Publish on save
Views can be saved but not published. When this option is enabled views are published immediately after they have been saved.
Add new columns to end
When new fields are added to the view, they are added as the new first column of the preview grid.
Enabling this option will append all newly selected fields to the end of the preview grid instead.
Limits
Limit Preview Values
When Enabled, the record preview on the main screen will be limited to the Maximum Data Rows value.
Maximum Data Rows
When Limit Data Rows is Enabled, the records listed on the main screen preview will be limited to this value.
Maximum Data Columns
The maximum number of fields that can be selected on any view will be limited to this value.
